Privacy policy

**DRAFT — to be replaced.** This page is a placeholder. Agri-Vault's privacy policy is being written to the

Australian Privacy Principles and the NFF Australian Farm Data Code and will replace this text before any paid

account is opened.

What the final policy will cover:

• what personal and farm data we collect (account details, spray diaries, receivals, loads, documents) and why;
• where it is kept (Australia, AWS Sydney) and how it is protected (encryption, two-factor sign-in, an audit trail);
• who can see it: your organisation, the businesses you choose to share with, our support staff only with your

grant, and never a bank or insurer without your consent;

• how long we keep it, how to get a copy, how to correct it, and how to have it deleted;
• how to complain, to us and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
