• who Agri-Vault Pty Ltd is and how to contact us;
• what the service does and does not do (it records and checks compliance; it does not replace your own

obligations to DAFF, importing countries or your customers);

• prices, the annual minimum commitment, the trial, how and when you are billed by direct debit, and GST;
• your data: you own it; we process it to run the service; what happens when you close your account;
• availability, support, and what we are responsible for if something goes wrong;
• how either of us can end the agreement.
